Abstract: 

As a specialized legal field, the Fashion law concerns the interconnection between Intellectual Property Rights and Fashion Industry, with its ultimate mission defined as the recognition of Exclusive right of the creators of products to the Material Intellectual Property in assetization and use of the same. This legal discipline yields positive results directly associated with the augmented control and management of the Fast Fashion industry. The Fast Fashion industry is forged out of the unfair trade practices of the brands which, by infringing upon the Intellectual Property Law and imitation of other firms' dress designs, embark on mass-production of copied garments in the shortest possible time, and synonymous with committing this unfair practice, cut their peripheral costs in order to create a competitive advantage against rivals, leading to exploitation of workers, utilization of cheaper and lower-quality materials, and environmental damages. The Fashion industry has devised innovations to tackle Fast Fashion's negative spillovers which, however, are doomed to fail vis-à,-vis this particular phenomenon separately. On the other pole, the advent of the metaverse has greatly revolutionized the Fashion industry. Metaverse has been ascribed a bundle of virtual 3D networks the utilization of which requires certain technologies. The integration of Fashion industry elements into the metaverse bears certain results which are manageable with viable legal mechanisms. Applying a theoretical legal research approach to evaluate its damaging repercussions, this research dives into the challenges facing the Fashion industry and assesses the capacity of the space ascribed as metaverse in relation to the Fashion industry with the aim of reducing the associated harms.

Abstract: 

This paper presents a mathematical programming model for dynamic cell formation to minimize changeover-related costs (i. e., machine relocation costs and machine setup cost) and inter-cell material handling cost to cope with the volatile production environments in apparel manufacturing industry. The model is formulated through findings of a comprehensive literature review. Developed model is validated based on data collected from three different factories in apparel industry, manufacturing Fast Fashion products. A program code is developed using Lingo 16. 0 software package to generate optimal cells for developed model and to determine the possible cost-saving percentage when the existing layouts used in three factories are replaced by generated optimal cells. The optimal cells generated by developed mathematical model result in significant cost saving when compared with existing product layouts used in production/assembly department of selected factories in apparel industry. The developed model can be considered as effective in minimizing the considered cost terms in dynamic production environment of Fast Fashion apparel manufacturing industry. Findings of this paper can be used for further researches on minimizing the changeover-related costs in Fast Fashion apparel production stage.

Abstract: 

This study deals with the words and phrases widely used in the spoken or written language of the people of a country for certain reasons for a period of time. Such wordings that can be called to have become “Fashion”, gradually lose their application and change their effect with the elapse of time or even disappear from the scene of use. We call such words and phrases as “Fashion words” and “Fashion phrases”, respectively. The background of research on “Fashion terms” in Germany dates back to the 19th Century A.D. and since then, countless books and articles have been written on this area. However, no particular research has been carried out on this topic in connection with the Persian language. Therefore, we first tried to gather a selection of the opinions of some of the German linguists in this area, and divided this title into two subtitles of “Public Fashion Words and Fashion Phrases”. Which includes the common Fashion words of the majority of a nation, and “Fashion Words and Fashion Phrases in the Youth Language”. The present research has been limited to the first subtitle. For this purpose, i.e. to find a fairly clear cognition of the nature of the Fashion words and study of their sources and judging their benefits or harms towards the language, effort has been made to benefit from the clarifying instances in Persian and German languages along with an equal comparative assessment between the two.

Abstract: 

Since the short life cycle, uncertainty in demand, and speed in response are the most important characteristics of Fast Fashion, improving customer relationship management (CRM) is of particular importance in this industry. Recent developments in the world's clothing industry have created a competitive market, and reforming the structure of flexible supply chains in this field has become very important. This research aims to integrate CRM policies and reverse supply chain design in the field of Fast Fashion in order to reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction. The analysis of 659 thousand real records related to the information of the last purchase, the continuity of purchases and the value of purchases related to the customers of 21 clothing chain stores in Tehran during two years using the K-means algorithm led to the clustering of customers into 5 groups and then the amount of discount for each group were determined. In order to determine the optimal location of the repair center and combined centers for the collection of returned goods, a mathematical model was designed and solved using the random optimization method in a scenario-oriented manner. The results showed that combined centers are not necessarily located in the area of stores with higher sales, but the return rate of goods and the amount of demand should be taken into account at the same time. According to the Pareto model diagram, the binary values of the objective function of cost and satisfaction vary between the numbers of 4. 7 billion Rials for cost and 2185 for satisfaction, and 6. 2 billion Rials for cost and 3156 for satisfaction. The range of minimum and maximum discounts for the purchase of new goods was calculated from 5% to 30% and for the repair of goods from 10% to 60%. The model presented in this research is generally used in Fast-moving retail industries, including perishable goods.

Abstract: 

In recent decades, the abundance of research on the role of technology and its application in the Fashion industry, particularly trend forecasting, shows the importance of this subject. Color forecasting is also one of the essential subsets of this mechanism that is affected by technological changes. The research, to express developments in trend and color forecasting methods with new technologies, examines the changes resulting from the presence of these technologies in the performance of color trend forecasting in two prestigious international institutions with classic and new approaches. This research was conducted with a descriptive approach, and document and library studies were used to collect information. Results showed that the development of smart solutions for efficient and accurate Fashion trend forecasting in these forecasting institutions has been highly regarded and applied, and even if AI technology has not completely changed the way of working, it is used as a reliable tool to increase speed and accuracy.

Abstract: 

Clouds, because of their significant effects on energy balance on the ground surface and in the atmosphere, has always been considered by different meteorologists and climatologists. The ability of remote sensing in the assessment of cloud characteristics has been proven by in the study of their changes in different locations and times. One of the important aspects of the study regarding the clouds, is to determine the pressure at their top, which the aim of the current study is to present a Fast method for its determine by using MODIS images.Therefore, by using Radiosonde data in Mehrabad and Kermanshah stations, the atmospheric temperature profile was extracted. Then using a five stages technique, the pixels of the considered image were grouped into 4 different categories including cloudy, possibly cloudy, possibly non- cloud and non- cloudy. Then by using LSE model on channels 31 and 32 of MODIS, the emissivity of cloud in cloudy pixels was determined.Then by using this temperature and the temperature profile extracted from Radiosonde data, the pressure at the top of the clouds were extracted. To review the accuracy of the obtained results, the results obtained from Fast CTP method with those of standard CTP method were compared. Based on this comparison, it is found that the presented method for the clouds with optical depth of more than 10 is optimal and the results obtained from CTP model, shows a very small difference. But the difference regarding the thin clouds with low optical depth (lower than 10) is considerably great in comparing with the clouds of high optical depth.

Abstract: 

This historical- interpretive research, aims to classify the visual data over the 60s, 70s and 80s SH in order to provide an answer whether "there is a meaningful relationship between the media and clothing styles in the society".If we consider Fashion as a powerful tool for cultural dissemination especially among the young; hence, there is a cultural dialogue between Fashion and media. Gradually, with the growth of media in the society, the clothing style -as an identification media- would depend on more diverse and complex issues. As a result, the control of clothing styles is beyond the power of a single media owner, and it requires the sum of numerous media policies to shape the directions of Fashion. This research with the aim of promoting the public culture reveals the importance of intentional interference in shaping the Fashion streams by investigating the media altering processes.

Abstract: 

Global trend of Fashion photography has adopted the modesty Fashion photography as a new procedure for advertising the hijab Fashion. The birthplace of this current is outside of Islamic countries but it has become important to accommodate Fashion and photography with religious beliefs in Islamic countries. The paper tries to review the Fashion photography in the field of hijab Fashion concerning Iranian magazines (published or online) and to compare it with global modesty Fashion photographs. Then the paper focuses on written sources for getting perception of the features and distinctions between these two trends, on the base of cultural and religious and historical backgrounds. Finally, having studied hijab Fashion photographs, one would notice an endless conflict between religious and cultural taboos and psychological needs of any society, leading to a different kind of Fashion photography in Iran. This metamorphosis in Iran Fashion photography is the result of prohibitions in depiction of feminine bodies, on one hand, and unfamiliarity with modesty Fashion Photography, on the other hand.
